The transaction was led to complete by China Life’s subsidiary, ChinaLife Investment Holding Co., Ltd, a professional alternative investment platform, and capital injected by China Life (Overseas), cooperated with international first-class invest institutions, Qatar Investment Authority(QIA)and Canada Brookfield Asset Management.
